Water Damaged Restoration Project in Atlanta, GA - Kitchen

This Atlanta homeowner's property unfortunately suffered a fire loss in another area of the home. In the process of extinguishing the fire, the kitchen floors and portions of drywall were soaked. 

SERVPRO of South Atlanta was able to come to the rescue and quickly mitigated and dried the structure of the home. Our water restoration specialist documented the loss using our Matterport camera system and SERVPRO's proprietary loss documentation system. They then removed and disposed of the water damaged laminate hardwood flooring and damaged drywall. Restoration specialist removed, cleaned, and stored the customers custom made cabinets for them to be reinstalled during the reconstruction phase of the restoration project.

Our construction team worked with the homeowner to choose building materials comparable to original kitchen. New snap-lock hardwood flooring was installed, drywall was replaced and repaired, and entire kitchen got a fresh coat of paint. The custom cabinetry was restored and refinished then reinstalled, completing the restoration of this Atlanta kitchen.
